	About Us
	Dr. Vicki Souder, DC Official Team Doctor for the Dubuque Bruisers and the NAFL Team Doctor for Championship Weekend Growing up in Davenport, Dr. Souder learned firsthand the benefits of chiropractic care. Her father made sure she had regular visits to a chiropractor for her severe neck pain. Not only did it help her pain, it became her passion. Dr. Souder is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts, Western Illinois with a Master of Science and a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. During an internship program at the Pettibon Institute in St. Cloud, MN she learned how to restore curves using specific techniques and exercises. Dr. Souder then began work at a multi-disciplinary clinic in Appleton and Green Bay and was introduced to chiropractic neurology. Intrigued by the possibilities of chiropractic neurology, she began taking courses at the Carrick Institute and then studied applied chiropractic neurology with the Erchonia Medical Institute and continues education on the latest techniques and procedures, including the use of low level lasers. Dr. Souder is the official team doctor for the Dubuque Bruisers football team and is honored to be the team doctor for the North American Football League All-Star Games and assistant team doctor for the NAFL Championship Games in Miami, FL. She is a regular contributor to the Telegraph Herald’s Ask The Experts column, is a proud member of the Dubuque Chamber of Commerce and The Doctor's Speaker Bureau. She has been featured in the Telegraph Herald and on KDTH's Voices of the Tri-States.
	Becky Hauder Chiropractic Assistant With a personal training certification, a sports nutrition certification, and many years of business experience, Becky brings her expertise to Tri-States Chiropractic. After meeting Dr. Vicki three years ago at an exercise class, Becky realized they shared a passion for health. Dr. Vicki invited her to the office and told her she could help her with an injury that wasn't healing. Becky was absolutely amazed at her technique as well as the immediate results from the laser; results she didn't get from other chiropractors. She is now helping to spread the healing!
	Kelsey Stockel Office Manager Kelsey graduated from the University of Dubuque with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, is a Swim Team Coach, as well as an athlete herself. Kelsey brings her knowledge to Tri-States Chiropractic. After suffering for many year from severe headaches; Kelsey met Dr. Vicki and was intrigued by what she had to say about the cause of her headaches. After just one visit Kelsey felt a huge difference and was amazed at how effective the combination of both Dr. Vicki's adjustments and the lasers were.
