Vertigo

Three main systems in the body need to be examined in cases like this. The visual system, the vestibular system (ear) and the proprioceptive system; the later deals with joints and muscles in the neck. Dizziness (vertigo) can be caused by crystals in the inner ear dislodging, from one or more of the 12 eye muscles being weak, brain imbalances or cervical spine arthritis to just name a few. 

Once your entire clinical presentation is evaluated, treatment can often be initiated. This may include inner ear positioning maneuvers, eye exercises, chiropractic, visual based therapies, balance retraining or laser therapy. Each individual case is evaluated to find the cause of the vertigo. Then treatment recommendations can be made.
